The Rare Batagur Baska Turtle is critically endangered, with their wherabouts in the wild unknown. They have been hunted into near extinction throughout South East Asia. With the addition of the two baby Batagurs born at Vienna's Schoenbrunn Zoo there are a total of 20 of these terrapins now in captivity. To learn more about the Batagurs click here.
