Happy Birthday Mia!

Yesterday we celebrated Mia's First Birthday in our Doggy Day Camp! Birthday parties include fun with doggy friends, doggy ice cream, take home goody bags for all her friends that attended her party and a special birthday present from us!

Pet Photo Day with Geoff Tishman was a big success! Geoff took some amazing photos and also raised some money and awareness for Bully Breed Rescue. Bully Breed is a small non-profit dedicated to rescuing and rehoming pit-bulls. You can check out their website to get more information – currently they are fostering 29 pit-bulls and trying to find homes for them.

Georgie is one of Bully Breed’s available dogs who was at the event. He was rescued from a shelter in Baltimore just one day before he was going to be euthanized. Geoff said "I really love this dog – in addition to being super handsome he was just about the sweetest dog I ever met. Here he is with my daughter Sydney- they were instant buddies!"

Nietche is a coton de tulear who attends Small Doggy Day Camp with us!

August Doggie Pool Party!!!

August is almost half way over so we have to take full advantage of the warm weather. That is why we threw another successful Pool Party in Doggy Day Camp this past Wednesday!! The dogs had a ball splish splashing away! In the Small Dog Daycamp the dogs are usually more cautious about getting wet, but this English Bulldog jumped right in. You show them how it's done!!

On Thursday August 27th, 2009 we will be having another Pool Party in our big and small dog camps. Don't let your dog miss out on all of the fun!
