PAWS 5th Annual "Wine & Howl" Wine Tasting and Silent Auction Fundraiser!

PAWS is joining Merritt Wines of Norwalk to showcase a collection of wines in our 5th Annual "Wine & Howl" Wine Tasting and Silent Auction Fundraiser! This event brings together great wine, food, a silent auction and a great feeling inside as you help homeless animals find a second chance at a new life.


The wines offered will suit any taste and budget and will make excellent gifts or even just to keep for yourself. The tasting will be held on Saturday Dec. 4th, 2010 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The location is the United Church of Rowayton, 210 Rowayton Ave., Norwalk, CT.

Featured Wines from Merritt Wines of Norwalk
Silent Auction

Hors d'oeuvres will be served

Door Prizes

Tickets are just $25 each if purchased in advance. Click HERE for Wine Tasting Tickets. Tickets may also be purchased at the door the day of the event for $30 each. In addition to raising funds through ticket sales and the silent auction, 15% of the purchase price of all wines ordered at the event will be donated to PAWS!

Dip into an Evening of Food & Fun to benefits PAWS Pets!

On Thursday, October 27th and September 30, 2010 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, The Melting Pot in Darien, CT is hosting a fundraiser to benefit PAWS!


They have created a special prix fixe menu for the evening which includes appetizer, salad, entree and dessert for $45.00 per person. For each prix fixe dinner ordered, The Melting Pot will donate $10 to PAWS! How sweet is that?! For those of you who haven't visited The Melting Pot before it's a cool and fun fondue restaurant with a great food, a fun atmosphere, and great staff!

          
The special prix fixe menu includes:
-Cheese Fondues
Fondue á la France, Pesto Walnut Swiss or Garlic & Herb Cheddar (served with breads, apples and fresh vegetables)

-Salad
Salad Niçiose or Caesar Salad

-Entrée
Filet Mignon, Peppercorn Crusted NY Strip Steak, Chicken Provençal, Roasted Garlic White Shrimp and Ratatouille & Goat Cheese Ravioli  (served with our fresh vegetables and dipping sauces)

-Chocolate Fondues
White Chocolate Crème Brûlée, Flaming Turtle or Dark Chocolate topped with Chambord
